Paul spoke of the constant onslaught of the enemy to prevent the people from receiving the truth of the gospel that empowers them.

We must understand that the real truth empowers believers to display the power and glory of God. It is the truth that reveals our true identity in Christ and our true power that we have in Him.

The enemy will do his utmost to prevent people from knowing the truth that will put satan where he belongs, under our feet.

Many have given their lives, many were persecuted, falsely accused, betrayed and rejected yet this truth of the gospel has to be preached and shared.

Today, the baton is in our hands; it is not just about praying for the next generation but living for the next generation. It is not just about knowing Jesus but also making Him known to the world.

Yes, we may be persecuted. Yes, we may be challenged and accused, but this truth is not only the life saver, but it is the only hope for the world to be redeemed.

The greatest war that is happening now is not against countries or against people groups, but it is against preventing the real truth from being established.

God's word is the truth that the enemy is after and we who believe in Jesus and His finished work need to press through everything that comes our way so that we will keep preaching that Jesus is Lord.

Let us stand united together as the body of Christ to fight the good fight of faith and together we finish the race that God has set before us.
