And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

Peter and John at the gate said to the lame man who was begging to rise up and walk in Jesus Name. The multitudes saw what had happened and rejoiced, praising the living God.

Such a result was seen through Peter and John when they began to exercise the power of Christ that is in them. This same power is also in every believer waiting to be manifested.

With such boldness, they ministered to the lame man because of the knowledge that they had received, the power of the Holy Spirit.

There are many who are lame, sick and bound by infirmities all around us. We have the power of God within us to heal the sick and exercise the power of God.

The biggest issue is that we do not think we qualify for such power to flow or we are not holy enough to do so.

The truth is, this is the grace of God and it is the power of God that Christ has given to all who believe in Him.

We cannot release the power of God that is within us if we are looking at ourselves or at our qualifications for such work.

The power is released when we obey His word and trust Him who has empowered us to do the work. The believers in the book of Acts saw miracles in their daily lives.

The same power that raised Jesus is living inside of us, waiting for us to step out in faith to speak forth healing over the sick and see them healed in Jesus Name.

Our eyes need to be fixed on Christ alone and trust in the power of His Spirit to witness as we step out in faith.

Christ has built His Church with His power, established it with His love, given His knowledge and glory so that we will shine Jesus everywhere we go.

Let us cultivate that power of God that is within us.

Let His love touch and heal people through our lives.
