I Corinthians 15:55 NKJV

“O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?”

I Corinthians 15:55 NKJV

Paul continues to teach that death HAS lost its power, its grip and its chains over our lives. Death has not just been defeated but swallowed up in victory.

Just like Moses rod reflected God's power that swallowed up two serpents that reflected satan's power.

God wiped out the power of sin and the power of death.

Paul continues to teach believers the journey every believer has gone through in the spirit. Death cannot, has no existence to sting a believer who trusts Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Hades has lost its power over every soul that walks in the finished work of Christ. Therefore, we who believe in Jesus can walk in absolute confidence and in faith.

Christ did not need to die for Himself, He did not need to go down to hell for Himself and go back to His throne. Jesus did it all for our sakes, for our punishment and to bring us back to our God-given position.

That means every believer has traveled in the spirit with Christ into death, traveled with Him to hell and was raised with Him and now seated with Him in the heavenly places, Halelluia !!!!.

God's word says we are more than a conqueror. It is because we have traveled the road in Christ and beaten all powers and God has placed us all in Him as more than a conqueror.

If we still live in fear, in doubt, in unbelief and in lack is because we have not gotten hold of the revelation of what Christ has truly done for us.

Those who thank Jesus for abundant life, thank Jesus for wisdom, thank Jesus for the authority, thank Jesus for knowledge, power, dominion over everything that creeps and thank Jesus for perfect love will start living out this supernatural life.

But those who beg, plead, cry out did not truly believe what Christ has done and will not be able to walk in it because they will continue to ask instead of walking in it.

Let us hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to his churches, behold what He is showing us and start to live life according to God's image and in His likeness.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
