Matthew 13:17 NKJV

for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.

Matthew 13:17 NKJV

Jesus is talking about God's revelation and manifestation before their eyes. This is the revelation revealed by God to them in the Person of Jesus Christ the Messiah.

For the prophets and righteous men desired to have the experience that the disciples are having; seeing the Truth, touching the Truth and living with the Truth, Jesus Christ.

In the Old Testament, people were looking for the world's Saviour to be saved; now in the New Testament, Christ has saved. His children. And now the children are called to live out Christ and display Him in the world.

What we have today is the mystery of God revealed in the Person of Jesus. As we walk in Him, live in Him and have our being in Him, we will walk in the supernatural power of overcoming all the powers of the enemy.

We have the knowledge in our spirit that far surpasses all knowledge that is in the world. God's library resides in our lives. The author, God the Holy Spirit is living in us and will show all truth to those who look to Him.

Many still cannot see beyond what they have because they settled for camping in the wilderness instead of looking unto Him who has given us the promised land.

Now we know Jesus and know He has finished all the works with regards to our salvation, with regards to our provision and equipped us with His power to live on earth victoriously. Let us not live life the same as one who does not have Christ.

We must not live life, think or speak as if Christ's power and His finished work are invalid. But let us treasure the treasures that Christ has put in these earthen vessels.

We are of Christ and let Christ be revealed in and through our lives every day so that many more can be partakers of His divine nature.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
