Numbers 19:9 NKJV

Then a man who is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and store them outside the camp in a clean place; and they shall be kept for the congregation of the children of Israel for the water of purification; it is for purifying from sin.

Numbers 19:9 NKJV

The law of purification in the old testament shows us how people become clean to live as God's people. Those who killed the heifer became unclean because they were exposed to death.

Then the clean who was not involved in the killing will gather the ashes and use it for the purification of the people.

When death came into the world because of disobedience, everyone born is born unclean into this world. This is so because all are exposed to sin and death.

Jesus came as the offering, shed His blood, died for our sins and defeated death. Jesus became that offering for us to be clean.

Jesus died once and for all, to cleanse us, to give us life eternal and made us to be partakers of His divine nature.

As long as the ashes are available, the purification for the people continues. Praise God that Christ lives forever and our purity in Christ will remain.

This means we can be bold to live in the presence of a Holy God 24 hours a day and all the days of our lives.

Today, the righteous One, Jesus Christ is living in us through His Spirit. Revealing to us how holy we are in Christ, how powerful we are in Him and how glorious He has made us to be.

We are the life of God now to the world. The work of Christ in us will start to purify people around as we reflect the WORK JESUS HAS DONE.

People will not know what Christ has done if we who believe still live as if we have nothing from God, still begging for mercy when Mercy is dwelling in us.

Many still pray as if God is withholding His goodness until we beg, cry out to Him and dry out. That is a child abuser not love.

Do we wait until our children cry out for food, wait until they beg and plead till the last minute and then we prepare for them?

If we who are human know how to prepare for our children, HOW MUCH MORE our perfect Father who knows our needs today before He made us and prepared for us all things.

Let us walk as one who HAVE been cleansed, purified, become Christ to one another and to those who don't know Him.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
