Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

James 3:18 NKJV

Righteousness is a gift, first sown into our lives as a gift from God our Saviour Jesus Christ. Then it becomes a seed within us, so that we can sow God's righteousness by revealing Jesus to others.

All these are done in peace which means each one stands in wholeness, completeness, and in harmony with the righteousness of God.

We are all justified by faith and at peace with God. We are also bringing peace as the body of Christ to the world.

A state of peace is also a state of assurance knowing that everything is according to the righteousness of God and it cannot fail.

Therefore, taking a leap to rest in God's righteousness brings such peace that surpasses all understanding.

When we take time to sow the righteousness of God in all of our senses and bring them into alignment with God's righteousness, we will manifest His righteousness. It will bring fruits that reflect the righteousness of God.

Therefore, it is important not to be casually sowing seeds and hoping for a great harvest. Let us take time to intentionally sow it into areas of our lives that need to shine the righteousness of God.

We need to take what God has given to us and bring our entire being to that place of peace, completely in agreement with God, and rest in Him.

Let us function out of peace that comes from living in the righteousness of God and be the peace of God in every area of our lives.
