John the Baptist spoke about Jesus, declaring that he was sent to prepare a way for Jesus who was chosen before the foundation of the world.

As it is written in John 1:1, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. Many lives have been an instrument of God for Jesus to be born as a man.

We can see that God honoured His own word by becoming a man in order to fix a problem mankind has caused. It was the man Adam who lost the world God gave to mankind. Therefore, God has to take the form of the Man Christ in order to redeem it back to mankind.

This is the reason why Jesus is the only way, the only truth, and the only life because there is no one else in the entire universe who came down to earth to pay the penalty of sin that mankind has committed.

Many argue that it is not fair that Jesus must be the only way. It is not about what is fair, it is about who was willing to pay the price.

Only Jesus did, only Jesus gave His life to pay for the sins of all mankind, went down to hell and destroyed death so that mankind can have eternal life through Him.

John prepared the way for Jesus to take His place, fulfilling all scriptures. Now it is up to us to prepare our hearts to receive Jesus and prepare our hearts to receive Him as our Lord and Saviour.

Let us continue to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
