He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son.

What a powerful truth that John is showing us through this verse concerning the witness of God in those who believe in Jesus Christ Son of the Living God.

Everyone who believes in Jesus carries within themselves the assurance of salvation, redemption and inheritance that is not visible to the natural eyes.

Christ is the testimony of the Father's plans fulfilled. For the Father sent Jesus Christ His Son to accomplish the task and Christ fulfilled them all.

Therefore we need to live out the testimony of Christ with such assurance, confidance and boldness. Displaying the true message of the gospel.

For us to live against the witness of Christ would make us a liar. Therefore anyone who denies Christ humanity and divinity is a liar.

For it will disqualifies Jesus to die for the sins of all mankind, if He is not in the flesh. Because man lost it and only man needed to take it back.

Since all mankind have sinned, it has to be someone born of God and not of man to be a worthy sacrifice. Therefore the Devine (the Word) made flesh and dwelt among us, Jesus Christ (John 1:14) became the sacrifice for all mankind.

This gives God the entrance to be the perfect sacrifice, without sin and without blemishes to die for the sins of the whole world.

Therefore everyone that confesses Jesus is their Lord and Saviour lives in the victory, lives in the power, in authority and love of Christ.

Let us keep living out of the abundance that Christ has bestowed upon us.
