Zephaniah 2:9 NKJV

Therefore, as I live,” Says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, “Surely Moab shall be like Sodom, And the people of Ammon like Gomorrah— Overrun with weeds and saltpits, And a perpetual desolation. The residue of My people shall plunder them, And the remnant of My people shall possess them.”

Zephaniah 2:9 NKJV

A call to repentance to a nation that lived against God and His ways before their actions bring judgment upon themselves.

In the midst of all the warnings of judgments to a nation, we do see the power and the plan of God through His people on the earth being established.

Here we see the residue and the ramnant plundering and taking total possession of the nations.

These few, a small group, insignificant to even compare to the multitude would take total control of the nations is something beyond our carnal mind can comprehend.

If the people of the old covenant under the law can stand against such a great multitude with just a few residues and remnant.

How much more should we who are living in the new covenant, who carry the presence of God as His tabernacle should be establishing God's ways in our society today?

It all starts from the place of believing in what God has already done. Confident and bold to display all that Christ has established in our lives.

If the old covenant people like Elijah, Elisha, prophets, men and women of God who walked supernaturally and demonstrate through their lives by signs and wonders.

We who have received the new covenant in Christ should be living with a greater dimension of the supernatural with greater signs and wonders.

It all comes down to, do we really believe in everything Christ Jesus has established in our lives?

Let us continue to seek to know the truth, seek to see through the eyes of Jesus, with the veil lifted beholding the glory of God and His plans for our lives.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
