Isaiah 4:3 NKJV

And it shall come to pass that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy—everyone who is recorded among the living in Jerusalem.

Isaiah 4:3 NKJV

Isaiah the prophet spoke of the future remnant of God's people who will be called holy, meaning they are set apart and have received eternal life through Christ Jesus, our Lord.

We are called "holy", set apart to live out God's nature here on earth. Set apart is not about being different or doing different things to create a different image for the sake of being different.

Set apart means to live out our lives according to the principles and characteristics of God here on earth. We don't get caught with the concepts of this world but shine forth the glory of God.

Many today want to be different from others, creating new things to better ourselves but the most important part is for us to display Christ in our lives.

What Isaiah spoke about more than 2700 years ago has come to pass through Christ, and all who believe in Him are living proof of this passage.

Throughout the generations, remnants were preserved till we who believe in Jesus appear. Now it is our time to continue to remain a remnant to raise others to follow Christ.

We are set apart to shine Jesus into this world. Set apart to be the hand of God to heal the world and to save them through the message of the gospel.

Let us arise to our place in Christ as holy and blameless. Let us display Him all the days of our lives.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
