Proverbs 17:27 NKJV
He who has knowledge spares his words, And a man of understanding is of a calm spirit.
Proverbs 17:27 NKJV
Words are powerful and those who take time to consider what they speak is knowledge. The value of words becomes powerful and meaningful when we take time to consider it.
Proverbs teaches us to have less words does not mean we don't know much. It means we treasure our words as they give life to it.
If we take time to think about what we are actually saying, we will be slow to speak and will bring to life those things that we really desire to see come to pass.
Learning that words are like seeds. If the ground is not ready to receive the seed, there is no point in sowing the seeds. Many want advice yet they have no heart to receive it.
Waste no seed to the ears that will not take the word. But plant generously to those who apply understanding to their lives.
When revelation comes, how we sow them and where we sow them is very important. Jesus had many things to say but spoke only what the Father permitted Him to speak.
Treasure the words of wisdom and knowledge. Carefully plant them in the garden of our heart and sow them into the lives that are yielded.
Don't let anxiousness take control but overcome it with the peace of God. Let calmness in Christ lead us through every step to being prosperous in every area of our lives.
We need to continue to cultivate our spiritual calmness which is a gift from God. For the Prince of Peace is living inside of us.
Let us consider every word that comes out of our mouth and align it with what Christ has done for us.
Live in the blessings,
Ps Ambrose
