Acts 3:10 NKJV
Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
Acts 3:10 NKJV
The people saw the miracle that Peter and John performed on the lame man who was sitting there begging for alms at the Beautiful Gate.
With one miracle, many lives are touched and saved, about five thousand in number. There are many aspects to why the church in the book of Acts grew so fast and spread to every region, miracles are one of them.
People knew people around them, and many people are in a position of influence and are in need. We who believe in Jesus have within us the power of God to heal and deliver people from bondage.
Miracles don't take place as much as they should because believers are not taught that they can walk in that dimension as the apostles did. It is not only for the apostles. This same power is given to all believers.
If we want to see more miracles take place in Jesus' Name, don't look at the people in your church to be the ones to perform, don't look at your cell leaders or elders of the church, but be the one who desires to be the channel of God’s power to heal people.
We need to encourage every believer to walk in the dimension Christ Jesus has placed in each one of us. We are not all called to be a pastor or a pilot, but we are all called to heal the sick, cast out the devils, and set the captives free in the name of Jesus.
Many people have many questions before embarking on praying for people. Many have questions in their hearts: What if it does not work? It won't work if we have questions in our hearts.
We need to just do it and leave the rest to the Lord and be bold just to do what Christ has called us to do.
The miracles will begin to increase in the last days. Therefore, let us be the one to rise up to the occasion and start praying for the people who are sick and get them healed in Jesus's Name.
Many lives are waiting to see the glory of God, many are needing the touch of God to break every chain that has blinded people from seeing the truth.
Let us be the ones who will say yes to the call.
Start looking for opportunities, people in need of prayers, and start releasing the grace and power of God.
Live in the blessings,
Ps Ambrose
