As the body of Christ, we are called to function when Christ the head tells us to do something.

Some parts of the body are carers and they make sure that the entire body functions well.

Gaius is one of them that took good care of ministers of the kingdom of God that came by his way. He did not only give them what they needed when they arrived but also sent them with plenty for the journey ahead.

This testimony is the life of God manifested through Gaius's life in caring, loving and giving. The news of his care and love have spread to many places that led them to praise God.

Those who have been nourished can start fresh and strong at all times. They can give their entire time in doing the work of God instead of working to sustain the journey.

We are blessed everyday with people who refresh others and it is important that we honour them as equal parts of the body of Christ.

Therefore, people must not live just for themselves. Instead, we are to be a blessing in every aspect of our lives.

If we have just enough, we should be believing God for more than enough. Not because we can add more richness to ourselves but so that we can refresh others.

We always can look for opportunities everyday to refresh others so that we can reflect the heart of our Father in heaven who have refreshed us with every spiritual blessings.

Let us continue to reflect this unity of God's body that supports each other to accomplish the purpose God has given to us.
