John the Baptist prepared the way for the people to receive Jesus Son of the living God. John has seen and testified that Jesus Christ is the Messiah as the scriptures revealed.

When John saw, he testified. He did not keep it for himself; it was not just a personal conviction, but he also carried the responsibility to testify so that the world may know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

We have all seen the goodness of God, the miracles that have taken place by God's grace and the fulfilment of God's plans in our lives.

It needs to be testified so that those around us can be encouraged to keep walking with Jesus.

There is a responsibility besides being blessed, there is a responsibility besides receiving a revelation and there is a responsibility when receiving gifts and talents.

Many have received revelation but only use it for their personal edification. They never take it to the next level to testify that God's word is true.

Every blessing that takes place in our lives can be the source of encouragement that may help another to push through challenging times.

Let everything within us testify to His goodness and let every opportunity be filled with the knowledge of the love of God.
