Genesis 3:12 NKJV

Then the man said, β€œThe woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”

Genesis 3:12 NKJV

The Lord asked Adam if he had eaten the fruit that He told them not to eat. Instead of admitting, Adam pointed the finger at Eve and said she was the one who gave him the fruit.

When Adam did not admit his mistakes, he lost the opportunity to be redeemed and forgiven. Adam also caused the entire human race to be under the influence of satan.

We praise God our Father in heaven who sent His Son Jesus Christ to take the punishment of sin and redeemed all mankind from satan's bondage.

Today we have the grace of forgiveness, mercy and love from our Father in heaven. We don't have to run and hide.

We don't have to be fearful of our mistakes but come boldly to the throne of grace and walk in the mercy of our Lord.

We must be quick to admit our mistakes and, more importantly, be quick to come back to the truth and stay in the love of God.

Don't let fear drive us away from the truth. God is not looking to punish but to save all who need help. Do not let guilt and failures stop us from living in God's grace.

Let us be quick to admit. Let us give no excuses.

Let us not blame others for our decisions.

Let us walk in the truth of God's word every day.

Blessings,

Ps Ambrose
