Acts 5:23 NKJV

saying, “Indeed we found the prison shut securely, and the guards standing outside before the doors; but when we opened them, we found no one inside!”

Acts 5:23 NKJV

When the apostles were captured by the Sadducees, the Sadducees thought they could stop the apostles from preaching the gospel of the kingdom, but the prison could not keep them in, nor the prison guard.

The apostles continued the work of the Lord as the angel of the Lord appeared and gave them the word to continue to preach the word of life.

When the people came to check on the apostles, everything they put in place to imprison the apostles was there but the apostles were not in there anymore.

This is the confidence that we can have in God who is above the authority, power and influence of this world.

When we step out to serve God, we don't have to look at our situation, we don't have to look at where we are or what is blocking us in the natural.

All we need to do is to step out of the natural and begin to walk in the supernatural. Peter stepped out of the boat and walked on water. The apostles walked out of the common prison without any problems.

When faced with the impossible, we can rest assured that the impossible will turn into possibilities for those who trust in God.

Never give up because we feel the doors were closed, the deals did not come through, or everything seems to be against us.

Be of good cheer for the Lord is within us to lead, guide and accomplish His word in our lives.

Let us be bold to walk according to God's word and see the prison doors of our lives be opened. See that everything that God has said comes to pass.

Blessings,

Ps Ambrose
