Matthew 6:27 NKJV

Which of you, by worrying, can add one cubit to his stature?

Matthew 6:27 NKJV

Worrying has become part of everyday living for most people. It has crept into people's lifestyle as part of their daily conversation.

Yet no good thing comes out of worrying, no encouragement but only more stress and it robs the hope from people's heart.

Jesus draws our attention to creation and wants us to see how everything has been placed in harmony to work together for the best and be clothed in His glory.

How much more should we put our trust in the one who has brought harmony and perfection to a chaotic world? If we can fix our eyes on Jesus as the absolute provider and an absolute peace, we can certainly stay away from being stressed.

Worrying cannot add one cubit of goodness.

In Christ, we have been added with every blessing that we will ever need for life and godliness.

Let us cast off every worry and hold on to Jesus who is the author of all goodness, life, love and peace.

Blessings,

Ps Ambrose
