James 1:11 NKJV
For no sooner has the sun risen with a burning heat than it withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beautiful appearance perishes. So the rich man also will fade away in his pursuits.
James 1:11 NKJV
Everything that is of the world and its system will eventually pass away and they are subject to change and depend on the efforts of people.
Trusting and building our lives on those things will constantly put us in a place of insecurity. Therefore, the rich want to get richer with no purpose other than self-indulgence.
But those who trust the Lord, hold on to His truth and build their lives on the foundation Jesus has laid. They will stand strong till the end.
For the believers, the wealth is not for self-indulgence, not for self-protection, nor is it their trust. Their wealth is for blessing others, to meet needs and to expand the gospel of Christ.
The wealth in the hands of the believers is the blessings of God and the power to establish the purposes of God.
If we put our trust in God and don't make decisions based on what is happening around us but according to the power and love of God, then we will stand as fruitful in the kingdom of God.
For everything on this earth goes through tests, fire and storms. Each one's standing will be revealed and we will know who we have been trusting.
The Lord is faithful, steadfast, merciful, loving and kind. He has given us everything we need according to His riches in glory.
Therefore, let us build our lives by trusting God.
Build our businesses with God's plans and build lives in the resurrection power of Christ.
Blessings,
Ps Ambrose
