And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.

Two main points are clear in this verse: Jesus came to take away the sins and that in Him, there is no sin.

The first sin that Adam committed is not just about the disobedience of eating the fruit. It is about giving up all that God had given to mankind.

It is about giving up the authority, dominion, and the rights to rule the earth to satan by obeying what satan suggested instead of believing in God's word.

Therefore, when the Bible talks about Jesus coming to take away our sins, it means that Jesus took back from satan what Adam had given up by disobedience.

Jesus took back everything that was given to mankind and redeemed it for all mankind. Those who received Jesus received all that God had redeemed.

Jesus without sin is an important part of the legal sacrifice that was needed to pay for the penalty of sin. Therefore, Jesus has to come in the flesh, take the form of a man, and become the legal sacrifice for all mankind.

That is why God sent His son Jesus to be born of a woman to be a legal candidate who lived without committing any sin and died for all mankind.

Therefore, Jesus fulfilled all the law and its requirements for all mankind to be set free. This leads us to Jesus being the only way, the only truth, and the only true life.

Many religions try to teach about good living, but only Jesus made the way for all mankind to be saved.

There is NO other way that will get us to heaven but Christ Jesus our Lord because He is the only one who died without sin to redeem all mankind.

Today, believers in Christ can live free from sin consciousness and start to activate the gifts God has put in all who believe in Him.
