The second coming of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ will not be set in a manger to be revealed to the world but as lightning that lights up the sky, the world will know and see His coming.

Therefore, don't be caught up with counterfeit, don't spend time preparing an escape route nor to be saved from tribulations. Instead, be ready to be caught up with Him.

The way to live today as we prepare for His second coming is to live in Him by the power of His Spirit. To reflect the light from the earth as the Saviour lights up the sky, so shall we shine with Him.

This means we live in confidence, trusting the foundation that Jesus laid for all mankind and believe that Christ in me is the hope of glory.

In the last days, many will say here and there, this time and that day but don't get caught up by descriptions but be always ready as the virgin who had their lamps lit and their oil containers filled to last the night.

Don't just live for an occasion, but live as followers of Christ, every moment and stand in His truth everyday.

Let us continue to shine His glory and power, His life and His love. Growing strong each day in His image and His likeness.
