I Corinthians 3:21 NKJV
Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:
I Corinthians 3:21 NKJV
Paul taught not to boast about men and their achievements, how anointed they are and how powerful they move in God.
The truth is those who move in the power and glory of God have no greater gift than what we all have received in Christ.
The only difference is they put their effort, energy and strength to work out the gifts that God has laid in their heart.
They believe it and they take the step of faith to walk in it. They began to exercise what Christ has laid on them.
If we start boasting about how great they are, we are not helping them. Instead, we can be the stumbling block that puffs them up to pride.
We acknowledge their works but we must put our hope and trust in Christ alone as our only source of life.
When we recognise that we are all made in the likeness of Christ and are filled with every spiritual blessings, then we can start to activate those gifts in our lives.
Looking at others does not activate what's inside of us.
It may motivate if we have the right mindset but until we put into action the gifts that are within us, we will never be able to manifest God's kingdom through our lives.
Therefore, it is important that we highlight Christ and His finished work in everyone who believes in Him.
We all are called to shine, we are all called to reflect Christ everyday.
Let us exalt Jesus and His mighty works above all else.
Live in the blessings,
Ps Ambrose
