Hebrews 2:7 NKJV

You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, And set him over the works of Your hands.

Hebrews 2:7 NKJV

The writer spoke about Jesus, who willingly laid down His heavenly glory and took the form of flesh, so that He could be the perfect sacrifice for all mankind.

After Jesus took the form of flesh, he lived on earth and was baptised. Heaven opened and the Holy Spirit came down and REMAINED.

This is the first time the Holy Spirit REMAINED and dwelt in a person. This is such a powerful picture for us who believe in Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God.

This makes Jesus able to walk in the flesh with the divine power of God, showing all who believe in Him can also walk with the divine power of God.

The early church in the book of Acts experienced and lived in the divine power of God as part and parcel of their daily life.

Jesus took the place of a man so that we, as mankind, can partake in His divine nature and live as children of God.

Our Father in heaven has sent His Son Jesus and filled believers with His Spirit so that we all can live in God's power and glory.

Jesus has given His glory to His church to liberate people from the bondage of satan and to bring them into oneness with Christ our Lord.

We all have become God's children and God Almighty has become our Father. We can no longer be lonely because our Father never leaves us nor forsakes us.

Christ came down so that we can come up and live in His glory and power. Let us rise to the place Christ has placed us and start changing lives in and around us.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
