John 3:29 NKJV

He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled.

John 3:29 NKJV

It is wonderful to see the kingdom principle in action, the work of the kingdom appreciated, and I am happy to see others flourishing.

Some of John's disciples and the Jews had some dispute and came to John not to get an answer but to cause division. They came to create strife and jealousy.

The answer John gave is so powerful and insightful about how the people of the kingdom should work with one single goal, that is to fulfill God's plan.

We are all called to accomplish our God-given assignments which leads everyone to accomplish God's purpose. Every success of a minister should be our success as a body.

No matter what name they carry, what denomination they are under, or whatever outreach style they do, as long as we are all fulfilling the purposes of God is what matters most.

It is important that we don't give in to people's words who desire to create division, jealousy, and eventually develop pride that creates destruction.

We are to encourage one another, especially those who are doing the work of God. We are to encourage groups that lead people to Jesus.

The heart that John displayed when he heard that someone else was doing the same as he was doing, he did not see it as competition but the accomplishment of his purpose.

He had joy to see that others had made disciples who were baptising others who had not been baptized.

When we have more people who work the works of God, it should be our joy to hear that news. It should be our delight when the ones whom we have trained do greater works than what we have done.

Let us have a kingdom mindset and a heart to see all flourish in the kingdom of God.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
