Ephesians 4:9 NKJV

(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?

Ephesians 4:9 NKJV

Paul gives us short statements, a revelation that is compact with knowledge, setting each one to their full potential in Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ who was crowned with the Father's glory emptied Himself and took the form of flesh, went down to the lowest part and then rose again to the highest place.

What Christ achieved with His life has set every believer to live in the power that is from the highest, with His likeness that has overcome every temptation, and through the authority that sets us above all other powers in the world.

There is nothing left to be covered, nothing left to be redeemed and saved from the curse of the law. All that is left is for mankind is to start living in the power of His resurrection.

The testimony of Christ and His accomplishment here on earth sets every believer equally powerful, equally strong, and equally qualified to walk as Christ walked here on earth.

This is the testimony that is the truth that sets us free from the snares of the devil and from the plots of the enemy.

Paul kept teaching so that the people of God would begin to understand the height, the depth, the width, and the length of Christ's finished work.

Every eye that beholds Christ as the only way, the only truth, and life will begin to understand the liberty that Christ has brought to all mankind.

Let us be bold to believe all that Christ has bestowed upon all mankind.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
