Mark 2:3 NKJV

Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men.

Mark 2:3 NKJV

A remarkable story of the faith of these 4 men who not only carried a paralytic man but made their way through every barrier that was standing in their way.

Jesus saw their faith and said to the paralytic man that his sins had been forgiven. Then later told the paralytic man to take up his bed and go home.

This amazing miracle of the paralytic man's sin being forgiven and healed was mixed with the anger of the religious leaders questioning the work of Christ, because no sin can be forgiven without a sacrificial offering according to the law.

Sometimes we miss the dedication of these 4 men and their faith. Every friend would love to have friends like that.

Ministers of the gospel would love to be surrounded by such men or women, for they go the extra mile for you and do things that enhance the vision and mission to be accomplished.

As much as we all want this type of friend through Christ, we should be that kind of person for one another. We all look after the well-being of one another in truth.

We have been empowered to go the extra mile, crowned with God's wisdom to help navigate lives through their storms and speak the plans of God for their life.

When we pour out to people so that they can be better, others will also be pouring out to us. It is a law of God that never fails.

Let us be like one of the 4 people who encourage, carry, and empower others to fulfill the call of God.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
