Matthew 28:7 NKJV
And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”
Matthew 28:7 NKJV
When both Marys came to the tomb, Jesus's body was no longer there, the angel told them that He IS RISEN from the dead and to go into Galilee, to tell the disciples about the GOOD NEWS.
This is the most powerful moment in the history of mankind - the resurrection of Jesus marks the day when death was defeated, and the way has been opened for all to have the chance to enter eternity forever.
It is the day that renewed what was broken, restored what was stolen, man was given back the dominion to rule and reign the earth with Christ.
It is the day God delivered what He had promised that is to save, anoint, set apart, to make us an heir of His kingdom, restore the authority, and give us power over every enemy.
The greatest part of His resurrection is that now Christ dwells in everyone who believes in Him. That means those who believe in Jesus Christ will never walk alone again.
This is such a powerful truth that liberates us to understand our position in Christ. His resurrection has placed us as victors and no longer victims.
Salvation is the entrance to eternal life and the journey of a believer begins from having the life of God to living that life to its fullness.
As we celebrate the resurrection day, let us keep stirring ourselves and each other to live out everything Jesus has paid for us.
Live in the blessings,
Ps Ambrose
