Romans 15:7 NKJV

“Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God. ”

Romans 15:7 NKJV

Paul wrote that we who have been saved, strengthened, and empowered as citizens of heaven by grace ought to receive others with the same grace.

To see each one worthy, as Christ saw us worthy, for Him to give Himself for all humanity.

Paul went through persecution, and yet he preached Christ to the people and kept sharing the truth because he saw that people needed to receive the same grace he had received.

To receive one another as Christ is to see people through His eyes, through His heart, and through His plans.

To motivate one another as we want to be motivated, to encourage someone as we want to be encouraged, and to speak life as we would want to be spoken to.

When we put people above any value, we would see past their mistakes and their failures. Just as Christ did for us.

This does not mean we remove any discipline or accountability; instead, we give ourselves to those things because it keeps us walking in His path.

When we receive each other in the same way Christ has received us, we give Him all the glory and reflect His heart to all mankind.

Let us share the grace of God through every aspect of our lives.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
