Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as some others, epistles of commendation to you or letters of commendation from you?

Teachers in those days have recommended letters to approve their legitimacy as teachers of the word. If anyone who can produce some convincing letter, Paul would not have any trouble with it as he was trained under the best of his days.

Yet Paul refused to be commended or approved by men. This is not Paul being arrogant about who he is but Paul is trying to let the people know that no man can approve the work of God.

Many revivals stopped because man tried to validate the move of God. The moment mankind certify something is the moment those movements start to die down.

Paul wants to keep God's word and His instructions as the final authority to credit his preaching and teaching.

When John's disciples came to Jesus to ask if he is the Messiah to come, Jesus simply told them to tell John what they have seen and heard.

God's word does not need man's permission to be validated. His word is the living proof, because His word is alive, active and powerful.

We don't minister under the validation of any organisation, the organisation is to come into alignment with God's word to nurture all leaders to follow God's word and His instructions.

We submit to one another to be accountable so that we do not move away from God's validation and never to control them.

Paul stood firm with regards to the message he brought that exposed most of the religious leader's standings.

It is God who has chosen us before the foundation of the world. It is God who has given us the word. Let us follow Him and do what He has said.
