Deuteronomy 2:7 NKJV

“For the Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hand. He knows your trudging through this great wilderness. These forty years the Lord your God has been with you; you have lacked nothing.” ’

Deuteronomy 2:7 NKJV

Israelites walked as a stiff- necked people, complaining, murmuring, always saying it is better in slavery than what the Lord had in plan. Despite all the conditions of the Israelites, God still blessed them.

God made His provision available so that none of them lacked things from the Lord. The Israelites complained about lacks, which was according to their lust, but what was needed, God had provided.

God's goodness was so clear towards mankind in the Old Covenant. Many also died because of their own rebellion; those who had made up their minds to do as they pleased and worship their own gods died as a result of their own choices.

But God preserved the remnant, not the perfect one, but those who are teachable and have a willing heart. God took those who made themselves available to Him and blessed them mightily.

Through Christ, we are living in a greater covenant and a greater position because we are in Christ. This position causes us to be in a place to produce something out of nothing by the word of the living God.

We have the life-giving word inside of us. So that we can create, call forth the things that are not to be so in Jesus Name. We have the ability to save souls, heal the sick, and redeem nations for Christ.

Under a better covenant with far better promises that Christ established in us, we can live life with such confidence knowing the hope of glory is living in us.

As blessed children of God, we should set our minds and hearts to live out the glory of God every day. Let us give Him thanks and praise for all that He has done for us.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
