I bear them witness that they have a [certain] zeal and enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened and according to [correct and vital] knowledge.

If there is a person who can say that the Jews are having the wrong understanding of the scriptures, it would be Paul. He who learned under the best teacher of his days has not only missed the Messiah but stood against Him and His children.

When we look at God from a human perspective and analyse things from a natural perspective, we will come short of His glory and power.

Every word of God needs to be spiritually discerned and must reflect according to God's true image and likeness.

God our Father has sent Jesus and died for us so that we can come out of the shadows of things and start living in the reality of Christ.

This means we live as one who has received grace upon grace and has received all things pertaining to life and right standing with God.

Zeal and enthusiasm without the truth will fade away and even become an enemy of God. Paul had this experience that drove him to persecute God's people who are fulfilling God's word.

But zeal, enthusiasm and truth, when it is mixed together, will have Paul the apostle for the kingdom of God.

Don't get back into religion, don't get back into rituals and don't get back on observing days but get into a relationship with Jesus, get into living the word of God and get into displaying the love of Jesus.

When we see through the right knowledge of Christ and His finished work, all the bondage of religion vaporised and all the works of the enemy are exposed.

Let us know God and make Him known to the world, by displaying His true image and likeness.
