Acts 2:41 NKJV
Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
Acts 2:41 NKJV
Three thousand souls were saved and added to the kingdom of God. This took place because they heard
about Jesus Christ and believe that He is the Lord.
Peter was bold to declare the truth to the people who had crucified the Lord Jesus and oppressed. He did not fear them and their plot. Peter's message turned the hearts of the people to God.
Peter played an important part in bringing the gospel to the people, and they were saved. We must not let fear of people grip our hearts, but let the love of God lead us to share His goodness.
Results are seen when we are bold to step out in faith and proclaim the gospel of Christ.
Many things can hinder us from reflecting Christ. The main reason would be fear. Fear of people, doubt that leads to fear, the 'what if' it does not happen or fear of past failures.
The good news is that it is not about us. It is about Jesus and His resurrection power. It is about what He has accomplished and what He has established.
What Christ has accomplished and what Christ has established is for mankind to have the opportunity to partake of His divine nature.
Therefore, we all carry the responsibility to shine Christ's power and His kingdom here on earth.
Let us be bold to proclaim His power and His goodness so that all may have the opportunity to live in Christ.
Blessings,
