Bondservants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh, not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing God.

We are all servant leaders in the kingdom of God. We have work that we need to do to earn a living.

What the word of God teaches us here is that no matter what responsibility each one has, we need to do it as unto the Lord.

If we believe that God is the source of everything in our lives then we should do everything unto Him.

If everything we do is to please people or out of fear of men, then we will be slacking in our work and we will not progress to the greater person that God intended for us to be.

Growth and maturity come about when we serve with integrity and maturity, doing and giving our best to anything that is before us.

If we do everything unto the Lord, then we will be giving our ultimate best unto Him and would not worry about a pay rise, positions, promotions, praises and recognitions.

If we trust God and serve God in every work that we do, then we can rest assured that no man can take away our promotions, recognitions and our positions.

God is our reward and we must not lose heart or lose faith in Him who is faithful. Whatever He promised, He will bring it to pass.
