“Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,”

‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

It is very important for us to learn that after Joshua heard the instructions from God, he did not just say amen, thank you, Lord.

But Joshua acted upon what God said immediately.

There is a momentum being built when we are constant in doing what God has said.

It keeps us focused.

It keeps us disciplined and helps us to see the path clearly and the bigger picture of what God has planned.

Joshua did not count the cost of going, but He counted what God had said and followed God's instructions.

We don’t see much sometimes because we don’t follow through with what God has said.

Joshua was aware of the giants because they were there.

The ten spies saw it and they likened themselves to a grasshopper.

Joshua did not let the enemy speak to him but he let the promises of God to dominate him.

Joshua painted the picture of God’s plan to his officers and to those who will cross over.

Joshua understood that before taking the land, they needed to know that IT HAD already been GIVEN by God to them.

Such a powerful truth that helps us to journey through the natural with the supernatural promises of God.

Don’t let anyone take us off the track.

Don’t let anyone talk down on us from carrying our instructions from God.

Just like Joshua, we, too need to take immediate action to follow God and keep doing what God has said because all things are possible to those who BELIEVE.
