I Peter 2:7 NKJV

Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, β€œThe stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone,”

I Peter 2:7 NKJV

God is God and He changes not. His power, His promises and His love always remain the same. God did His part by providing to all mankind the answers, solutions, resources and divine enablement to live life for His kingdom.

The government through the energy company supplies electricity to our homes. The electricity has been provided but we can enjoy it only when we are plugged in and when we turn the switch on.

To believe in all that Jesus has done and supplied to us is like switching on the power.

The power to healing and deliverance, like what Jesus did, is through us taking an intentional and firm step to believe and trust in His word and promises. This plays a very important part in the recipient's life.

To believe is to actively speak, walk and do what Christ Jesus has accomplished for us and to take on board God's precious promises and make them our own.

If we don't apply God's word into our lives and believe them, we will stumble when we face temptations.

It is important that we take God's promises as the answer and apply them to our thinking, our heart and practise them daily in our lives.

Let us not just say or just read but be living out the word of God, for surely God's promises will bring about the manifestation of His goodness and mercy into our lives.

Let us believe God and believe His precious promises always above all else.

Blessings
