Once we all were just like the world, influenced by satan with the bondage of sin. We were all under the curse of satan and living in a sinful nature.

We were all involved in some degree of sin no matter how righteous we had wanted to live and to please God and our loved ones.

There is always the nature of sin that kicks in to spoil the life that was beautiful.

But thanks be to God for sending us Jesus Christ whom God the Father raised Him up to life and gave Him the Name above all other names.

Jesus exchange His life for us, to take all the punishment for sins and to break all the curse that was on us.

Therefore, it is not only Jesus Christ who was risen from the dead but we too who believe in Him and have made Him our Lord and Saviour.

Now we have a resurrected body that has the capacity to live in the power of Christ. If we can submit to Jesus on the cross and die with Him, we also can submit to His resurrection and live in Him.

Now we have the power through Christ to keep living, maintaining and multiplying the beautiful life of God.

This is the power, authority and love we have received through Christ our Lord.

Therefore, we need to keep our eyes, our minds and our hearts on all that Christ Jesus has established for us.

By faith, we can turn those ashes into beauty, yes, by faith in Jesus' Name.

Let us take hold of this new life, forgetting the old and pressing on to the new in Christ Jesus.
