Colossians 4:1 NKJV

Masters, give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven.

Colossians 4:1 NKJV

This is a principle for everyone who have people working for them, in a leadership position and have influence over others.

The principle is each one serve as Christ has served us. To take care of one another as how Christ has taken care of us. Always looking out to help each other to reach their full potential.

The truth is when the people who serve under are loved, blessed and uplifted, they will in turn love, bless and uplift the master or leader of that work.

This is also the principle of "do to others what we want others to do for us". It is a law of sowing and reaping that will produce results which will last.

Yes, many will try to abuse, try to manipulate but we have to keep applying the principle to live in the way Christ has planned for us.

Never let down the principles that Christ has laid because of circumstances around us or because of what people have done in the past.

Be the one who will persevere through it all because after all that we go through, God's principles will never fail.

Everyone that we serve belongs to our Father. No matter what the position may be, they are all still God's precious children.

So each one of them belongs to God and therefore we must do to them as we want God to do for us.

Let us be Christ-like as we serve one another and bring out the best in each other for His glory and honour.

Live in the blessings,

Ps Ambrose
