Isaiah 5:13 NKJV
“Therefore my people have gone into captivity, Because they have no knowledge; Their honorable men are famished, And their multitude dried up with thirst.”
Isaiah 5:13 NKJV
The Bible tells us that God's people have gone into captivity because they have no knowledge.
What kind of knowledge is God speaking about that they don’t have?
God is speaking that they don’t have the knowledge about their God which carries the power, and which is their inheritance.
It was not satan who brought them into captivity but the lack of knowledge. For in God, they have protection from the evil one, for in God they have their supply met.
So often we blame people, we blame the economy, we blame the disease but the truth is that in Christ we have everything that is needed to stand above all these issues.
The real problem is we have not really grasped who we really are in Christ.
The real thing is that we don’t really put into action and possess what is ours.
We are born into this world with a mission. We have a responsibility to bring God’s kingdom into everything we say and do.
We don’t have to bend to the ways of the world to do it like as if God’s power and wisdom are not sufficient. We just need to obey Him and just do it.
God’s people know a lot of His promises but it is just information that has not become a revelation.
Therefore, we have no power to act on it. We need to meditate, speak, think, and believe what God’s word says and begin to practice God’s word.
Pray in the Holy Spirit until the information becomes a revelation that will manifest God’s presence in signs and wonders.
Let us know our God, know our inheritance, and make Him known to the world.
Blessings
