Psalm 40:5 NKJV

Many, O Lord my God, are Your wonderful works Which You have done; And Your thoughts toward us Cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered.

David declared that the wonders of the Lord are too numerous to count them and cannot be numbered.

David always took time to consider God in the midst of every storm that came his way. He took courage by meditating on the goodness of God.

Pondering upon the goodness of God has helped David to move forward to push through every hindrances. Even his faults and failures did not divert him away from God but he kept going back to God.

As a king who has everything, he had the capacity to do whatever he likes but David humbled himself before the Lord.

God has done amazing things in our lives. There are things we have no idea about how we have been protected from harm.

If we keep pondering about the goodness of God, we would live a thankful life and be grateful for everything we have.

Let us keep praising God for all the wonderful works He has done in our lives.
