1 Corinthians 1:28 AMP
God has selected [for His purpose] the insignificant (base) things of the world, and the things that are despised and treated with contempt, [even] the things that are nothing, so that He might reduce to nothing the things that are,
1 Corinthians 1:28 AMP
Everything that comes from God, used for God, and given back unto God is what the world calls foolishness, insignificant, and of no value.
Those who believe in Jesus Christ and all that He has done believe that we are called to expand His kingdom and that His plans are those whom God has selected to confound the wise of the world.
In order for the world to come into acknowledgement of God's existence and His rulership in this world, the children of God need to step up to their call in God.
The church, which is His body, cannot confound the wise of this world and its intellect if we live out of our own strength.
We as His body have to fully live out our divine nature in Christ to let the wise of the world see that the wisdom of God surpasses every wisdom of the world.
We are significantly important to God because we are His hands and His feet to move, touch, heal, and deliver those who need deliverance.
Therefore, when people despise our stand for Jesus, it is not a time to retreat and hide, but it is time to manifest God's power, His grace, and love.
Remember, we have been chosen to display God's wisdom, God's knowledge, and bring God's solution. GOD IS WAITING FOR US to step out in faith and trust in Him fully.
Let us stir one another in Christ, building ourselves in the Spirit of God, and display God's glory.
Live in the blessings,
Ps Ambrose
