Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.

God spoke to Moses that when the person of sin put his hands on the head of the offerings, his payment for his punishment will be accepted.

What a powerful picture. The unperfected man is made perfect by the offering of a perfect, unblemished animal.

Jesus Christ is the head of the church, the body and our lives. The moment we invite Him as our Lord and Saviour, He becomes the head and because He is the head our past, present and future, the payment for sins is completely paid off.

Everything that is ours transferred to Jesus and everything that is of Jesus is transferred to us.

For this reason we can live in the resurrection power of God and conquer every giant that comes our way.

We have not been atoned by any animal nor by any man but by the Son of the living God. An atonement that no one can dispute, no one can challenge or dismiss.

This is the reason we are welcome to the throne of Grace BOLDLY and live life as a powerful being reflecting the image of God in this earth.

We need to be concious of our new identity and understand that Christ is our head. We can walk in this life imitating God as His dear children.

Don't let the religious people drag us back into living under law, under fear and under condemnation but live life in the power of God's love and grace.

As a victorious child of the living God, conquering every temptation, rising above every sin and displaying the holiness of God, let us together bring glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
