James says to count it all joy or privilege when we face all kinds of challenges in life. Since all things will work together for good to those who love Him.

Therefore, we ought to count it a privilege because it allows us to be mature in handling God's gift that is in us.

People pay to get into a fitness centre or buy equipment to train at home, but if someone is given a free entrance to the fitness centre, it is a privilege for them to be trained.

We need to use our spiritual gifts that we have received a new creation, we need to be trained and put our gifts into action.

There are many exercise machines to build specific muscles in our body. So, are there many types of trials to build our character pertaining to our new life.

We all have muscles, but if we don't use them, the muscles can be weak and cannot perform to their full potential.

Just like the developement off muscles, the gifts, the fruits of the Spirit and God's power within us needs to be develop.

We need to develop all we have received by putting it into action when all kinds of trials come our way.

We are in the process of transforming our minds from the old to who we are in Christ.

Let us be glad to have these privileges (trials) as they give us opportunities to build our spiritual muscles so that we can shine for Jesus Christ our Lord every day.
