Colossians 2:21 NKJV
““Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,””
Colossians 2:21 NKJV
The word of God shows us that the law that Moses received at the Mount brings us to the knowledge of sin.
What the law really does is bring our attention to the things that we should not do. Therefore, it stirs every part of us to the knowledge that brings death.
For in it, there is no hope, no life or blessings. All it does is show us our weaknesses.
Christ established a new law that is of His Spirit which points us all to hope, life and blessings.
If we spend time learning what not to do, we won’t be learning what to actually do.
When we do what God wants us to do, we automatically don’t do the things God doesn’t want us to do.
Aligning ourselves to focus on Christ eliminates our thoughts from sin and its works.
When there was no provision of grace, the law kept people seeking a saviour, but now grace has appeared, we no longer live by the law of sin but the law of the spirit and life in Christ Jesus.
Let us not be caught up again and again by following the law that shows us we are not worthy.
Let us be caught up by God’s love and grace that shows us that God made us all worthy through Him.
Let us live by the law of the spirit and life in Christ Jesus.
Blessings
